Build Your LinkedIn Profile in 60 Minutes

Turn a blank or outdated LinkedIn profile into a professional introduction in a focused, 60-minute working session. This beginner course guides you through the essential profile sections, helping you communicate what you do, demonstrate relevant experience, and make your strengths easier to understand. Each lesson includes a specific task you complete directly on your profile.

You will choose a professional profile photo, write a targeted headline and About section, describe your experience with evidence, and add education, skills, and a work sample where appropriate. Students and career changers can use coursework, volunteer activities, and personal projects instead of formal employment. You will finish by reviewing your visibility settings and checking your profile for clarity, accuracy, and consistency.

The one-hour schedule includes instruction and practical tasks and assumes you have your account, career details, and a suitable photo ready. The goal is a strong first version, not a guarantee of recruiter attention or employment; optional refinements such as a custom banner or additional work samples can follow later.
